HAWKEYE TRADING TERMINAL v1.7.1 for Windows Download

Legal

HawkEye Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-29

These terms are an agreement between you and Daniel Ardon, who operates HAWKEYE ("we" or "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using HAWKEYE, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use HAWKEYE.

Please read the sections on resolving disputes, arbitration, and the class action waiver. Unless you opt out within 30 days, disputes between you and us will be settled by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you give up the right to bring or join a class action or to have a jury decide. These terms also limit our liability and include a health warning about flashing images.

Who can use HAWKEYE

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The same age applies to the V2 Beta waitlist and to giveaways. You can't use HAWKEYE where the law prohibits it, or if you're barred from receiving software or services under applicable sanctions laws.

What HAWKEYE is, and isn't

HAWKEYE is a desktop workspace: a launcher for third-party trading tools, a market news and research hub, a learning curriculum with practice tools and paper trading, an optional AI assistant, a wallet address book, and a community. HAWKEYE is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. It doesn't execute trades, hold funds, or access your private keys.

The V2 Beta

HawkEye V2 Beta is an early version of HAWKEYE, opened by invitation in waves.

  • Things will change. During the beta, features may change, move, break, or be removed without notice, practice data such as paper balances and leaderboards may need to be reset (we say so in the app first when we can), and HAWKEYE may be slow or unavailable at times. Don't rely on the beta for anything important.
  • Invites. Joining the waitlist doesn't promise you an invite or a date. We choose who to invite and when, in waves, at our discretion. An invite is for you only: one account per person, and you can't sell, trade, or give it away.
  • Feedback. If you send us ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, we may use them to improve HAWKEYE without paying you or owing you anything for them.
  • Ending the beta. We may end the beta, or turn it into a regular release, at any time. These terms keep applying either way.

The beta Pro trial

Every approved V2 Beta invitee gets a free 14-day Pro trial.

  • It starts when your invite is approved and ends on its own 14 days later. Your account then goes back to Free, and your data stays.
  • It's free: no card or payment details are needed, nothing is charged when it ends, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself.
  • One beta trial per person and per account. It can't be transferred, paused, or exchanged for money or anything else.
  • If the trial is obtained with several accounts, a modified app, or other abuse, we may end it early.
  • It's separate from the free trial a paid plan may start with, which the plans section below covers.

Trading risk, and no financial advice

Nothing in HAWKEYE is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, token, or other asset. That includes the learning curriculum, HawkBot, price data, news, community posts, and anything else shown in the app. Using HAWKEYE doesn't make us your adviser or create a fiduciary relationship between you and us.

HAWKEYE's own trading features (the lessons and The Range, paper trading and the Paper League, the Lab, the checks, and HawkBot) are for education and practice only. They never place a trade with your money. We don't promise, and nothing in HAWKEYE means, that using HAWKEYE, finishing lessons, a practice result, a rank, or a HawkBot answer will make you money or improve your trading results.

Trading crypto and securities carries a high risk of loss, including losing everything you put in. Prices can move fast, markets can be manipulated, and past results don't predict future ones. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results, including any taxes. Consider speaking with a licensed financial adviser before you invest.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password and devices secure, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. Email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Some features need a paid plan or a license key. During the beta, license keys are also given out directly. Purchases happen in Settings > Subscription and the Marketplace, on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe processes every payment and refund; we never see or store your card details.

  • Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. A plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The price, the billing period and these renewal terms are shown next to the button before you subscribe. If a plan starts with a free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription > Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Price changes to a plan only apply from your next renewal, and HAWKEYE tells you before they do.
  • Pro Week, license keys, and HawkBot message packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Pro Week turns on Pro for 7 days and then ends on its own; buying it again adds 7 days to the time you have left.

A plan or license key is for your personal use, is tied to your account (a license key also to your device), and can't be resold or transferred without our permission. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Feathers

Feathers are HAWKEYE's rewards for learning and using the app, spent in the Marketplace on rewards such as a lesson, a Lab pass, or HawkBot messages.

  • No cash value. Feathers are a limited, revocable license to redeem rewards inside HAWKEYE. They aren't property or money. They can't be bought, sold, transferred to another account, cashed out, or exchanged for money or crypto.
  • How you earn them. Only as HAWKEYE shows: lessons, quizzes, daily practice, Lab practice sessions, and active time if you turn it on, within daily and per-activity limits. Nothing in HAWKEYE gives Feathers for trading, deposits, or trading results.
  • Changes. What Feathers earn, what rewards cost, and which rewards exist may change. If we reduce what Feathers earn or buy, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If we end Feathers, you get at least 90 days to spend them.
  • Redemptions are final. A Lab pass runs for 24 hours from when you get it. A lesson you unlock stays open while your account exists.
  • Expiry and your account. Feathers don't expire while your account exists. Closing or deleting your account ends its Feathers and rewards.
  • Abuse and errors. If Feathers are earned or spent with bots, scripts, a modified app, several accounts, or a bug, we may reverse them, cancel the rewards, and pause earning on that account. We may also correct a balance that's wrong because of an error. To appeal, email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com. Pausing Feathers never stops you using HAWKEYE.

Paper trading and practice tools

Paper trading, Chart Replay, Launch Rewind, Spot the Rug, the Backtest Lab, and daily practice use made-up money. They never place a trade, connect to a wallet, or move money. Their prices come from third parties, and their fills, fees, and slippage are estimates, so a practice result can differ a lot from what the same trade would do in a live market. A good result in practice doesn't mean a trade would make money, and nothing in these tools is advice. Spot the Rug's tokens are made up, and any likeness to a real token is a coincidence.

The Paper League and Community's leaderboards rank practice results only. They carry no prizes outside HAWKEYE, and a rank says nothing about how a trade with money would go. We may leave out or remove league trades and rankings that come from a bug, abuse, several accounts, or a modified app.

Your license to use HAWKEYE

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HAWKEYE for your own purposes, under these terms. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell HAWKEYE, or use it to build a competing product, and you must follow the acceptable use rules below. HAWKEYE and its name, logo, and design belong to Daniel Ardon.

Acceptable use

These apply to HAWKEYE itself, our servers, and the services behind them:

  • No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling HAWKEYE, except where the law allows it despite this rule
  • No tampering with, modifying, patching, or cracking HAWKEYE or its files, attaching a debugger to it, switching on its debugging tools, or changing its memory or values with another program (for example a memory editor)
  • No bypassing, or trying to bypass, license checks, plan limits, HawkBot limits, rate limits, or other security measures
  • No bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated access to HAWKEYE or our servers, except through features we provide for that
  • No interfering with or disrupting HAWKEYE, our servers, or anyone else's use of them, including overloading them or probing them for weaknesses. If you find a security problem, email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com instead.
  • No accessing, or trying to access, anyone else's account or data
  • No using HAWKEYE to break the law, or to help anyone else break these terms

Security monitoring

To protect users and the service, HAWKEYE watches for signs of tampering and abuse, such as a debugger attached to HAWKEYE, changed program files, debugging switched on in a customer build, repeated certificate errors, too many requests, or a memory editor or code injector running next to it, and records them on our servers. To spot those tools it compares the names of running programs with a short list, on your PC; it never sends or keeps the list of your programs. While one runs, rewards pause. The Privacy Policy explains what's recorded and how long we keep it. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts linked to tampering or abuse.

Community rules

These apply to chat, direct messages, servers, profiles, emoji reactions, stickers, GIFs, and anything else you post or send:

  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people for who they are
  • No sexual, graphic, gory, or shocking images, GIFs, stickers, or links, even as a joke. GIF search is filtered for a general audience, but filters miss things, and you're responsible for what you send
  • No using reactions, stickers, or GIFs to harass, mock, or pile on someone
  • No scams, phishing, malware, or links meant to steal accounts, keys, or funds
  • No pump-and-dump coordination, market manipulation, or paid promotion you don't disclose
  • No impersonating other people, including HAWKEYE staff, moderators, or the HAWK system account
  • No spam, flooding, or unsolicited advertising
  • No sharing other people's personal information without their permission
  • Nothing illegal or defamatory, and no sexual content involving minors, ever

You keep ownership of what you post, and you're responsible for it. You give us permission to store, display, and transmit it as needed to run HAWKEYE. We may remove content and restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that break these rules. To report someone, use Report on their profile or on the message, or email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com. Moderators review every report.

Moderation and bans

We use automatic moderation and human moderators to keep HAWKEYE's community safe.

  • Automatic moderation checks messages in global chat and in servers as they're posted. It can hold a message, flag it for a moderator, or give a short timeout. It can make mistakes: if a message of yours was held by mistake, tell us.
  • Moderators review reports and can remove content, give timeouts, mute, or ban someone from global chat or a server. Server owners and their mods moderate their own servers, under these terms.
  • Account actions. For serious or repeated breaks of these terms, we may suspend or ban an account and block the devices used with it. We decide what action fits, and we don't have to warn you first.
  • No getting around it. Don't use a new account or someone else's to get around a timeout, ban, or block.
  • Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com within 30 days with your username and what happened. A person reviews every appeal, and we tell you what we decided.
  • A ban from chat or a server never stops you from exporting your data or deleting your account.

Giveaways and promotions

We sometimes run giveaways, for example Pro or Max plans for V2 Beta members. Each one has official rules, published on our website before it starts, and those rules govern that giveaway. No purchase or payment is ever needed to enter or win. Prizes are plan time on a HAWKEYE account with no cash value. Discord, X, and the other services we use don't sponsor, run, or endorse our giveaways.

Only post pictures, text, and lessons you have the right to share. If you believe something in HAWKEYE (a profile picture, banner, bio, message, or community lesson) infringes your copyright, email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com with:

  • your name, postal address, phone number, and email address
  • the work you believe is infringed
  • where the material is in HAWKEYE (the account name, and the message or lesson)
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them
  • your physical or electronic signature

We remove or disable access to the material and let the person who posted it know. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email a counter-notice to the same address with your name, postal address, phone number, and signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we can be found). We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Third-party services

HAWKEYE works with services run by other companies, such as KeyAuth (licensing and password accounts), Discord (Sign in with Discord), Stripe (payments), Google (Sign in with Google), HawkBot's AI provider (the AI behind HawkBot, and voice input), X (Connect X), the GIF search service HawkEye uses (GIPHY or Tenor), Coinbase and CoinGecko (price data), DexScreener (prices for paper trading, the Token X-ray, and alerts), RugCheck (token risk reports for the Safety check and the Token X-ray), and GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko's API for decentralized exchanges (launch data for Launch Rewind and Launch Radar). The tools on the Terminal, Charts, and Intel pages are independent third-party websites we don't own or control. Each of these services and sites has its own terms and privacy policy, which govern your use of it, and we aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, or conduct, or for anything you do, buy, or trade through them. HAWKEYE isn't affiliated with or endorsed by X, Discord, or any of these services. The X badge only shows that an account connected an X account; it doesn't confirm who someone is or endorse what they post. HAWKEYE can block ads and trackers inside those sites. Some sites don't allow ad blocking under their own terms; if a site you use requires ads, turn ad blocking off in Settings.

HawkBot and AI answers

HawkBot is HAWKEYE's AI assistant: when you use it, you're talking to an AI, not a person. It sends your questions, the text of a page when you ask about it, a picture of the HawkEye browser when you use See my screen, and your recording when you use voice input (only to turn it into text) to HawkBot's AI provider, whose models write its answers, under that provider's terms.

  • It can be wrong. AI answers can be wrong, out of date, incomplete, or made up, even when they sound sure. Confidence levels and sources help you judge an answer, but they aren't guarantees.
  • Analysis and education, not advice. HawkBot gives general analysis and education, not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It doesn't know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and using it doesn't create an advisory or fiduciary relationship with us or anyone else.
  • Your decisions are yours. You're solely responsible for your trades and other decisions, whether or not HawkBot was involved. Never treat an answer as an instruction to trade.
  • Keep secrets out. Don't enter sensitive personal or financial information, and never share passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.
  • Limits. HawkBot has daily limits per account and for HAWKEYE as a whole. We may change those limits, and we may change, pause, or stop HawkBot features.

The HawkBot guide in Settings > Privacy and Legal explains its skills, confidence levels, and sources.

Market data

Prices, charts, and news come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Paper trading prices come from DexScreener and Launch Rewind data from GeckoTerminal (powered by CoinGecko), and can be seconds or minutes behind. The Safety check, the Token X-ray, Launch Radar, and Caller Check show what RugCheck and DexScreener have on record. They flag known risk signals and can miss others, and a token with no flags isn't safe: it can still lose all its value. A Caller Check scorecard shows how a caller's past calls went from when you checked them, and says nothing about their next call. Don't rely on any of them as the only basis for a decision, and check the price with your broker or exchange before you trade.

Health and safety: photosensitivity warning

A very small number of people may have a seizure when they see certain images, including flashing lights or patterns. HAWKEYE's animations, intros, and 3D scenes move and change brightness. A seizure can happen even to people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy.

  • If you or anyone in your family has ever had seizures or epilepsy, ask a doctor before using HAWKEYE.
  • Stop using HAWKEYE right away and see a doctor if you notice dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or loss of awareness.
  • To reduce flashing and motion, turn on Seizure-safe mode and Reduce motion in Settings > Accessibility. They lower the risk but can't remove it for everyone, and they don't change third-party sites you open inside HAWKEYE.
  • Use HAWKEYE in a well-lit room, sit a comfortable distance from the screen, and take regular breaks.

Suspending or ending your access

You can stop using HAWKEYE and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend, limit, or end your account or your access to all or part of HAWKEYE at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you broke these terms, tampered with HAWKEYE, abused the service or other people, or put HAWKEYE or its users at risk, or if the law requires it. We may also change, pause, or stop offering HAWKEYE or any part of it. If we end your paid plan for a reason other than you breaking these terms, or stop offering it, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

When your access ends, your license to use HAWKEYE ends too. Any part of these terms that by its nature should last still applies after that, including the sections on your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, resolving disputes, arbitration, and the class action waiver.

Disclaimers

HAWKEYE is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and you use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. In particular, we don't promise that:

  • HAWKEYE will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that problems will be fixed
  • the third-party sites and tools inside HAWKEYE will work, stay available, or be safe to use
  • prices, charts, data feeds, and news will be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • HawkBot's answers, confidence levels, or sources will be accurate, complete, current, or right for you
  • anything in HAWKEYE will lead to any particular trading result

Some places don't allow excluding implied warranties, so some of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither we nor the people who help run HAWKEYE (such as moderators and contractors) are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading or investment losses, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to HAWKEYE or these terms, even if we were told they were possible. That includes losses from relying on prices, data, news, or HawkBot's answers, from third-party sites and services, from outages or delays, or from someone else getting into your account.

Our total liability for all claims related to HAWKEYE or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars.

These limits apply whatever the legal theory (contract, tort including negligence, or anything else), and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They don't limit liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of something you posted or did in HAWKEYE, you cover the cost. To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daniel Ardon and the people who help run HAWKEYE from any claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from:

  • what you post or share in HAWKEYE, such as a message that defames someone or infringes their copyright
  • your use or misuse of HAWKEYE
  • your breaking these terms
  • your violating any law or anyone else's rights, such as their privacy or intellectual property

We may take control of the defense of any claim you have to cover, and you'll cooperate with us. You may not settle such a claim without our written consent. This doesn't apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own wrongdoing.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute between you and us about HAWKEYE or these terms, are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The US Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration sections below. A dispute that isn't arbitrated will be handled by the state or federal courts located in the State of North Carolina, United States, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally, and you and we agree that those courts can hear it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under your local law.

Resolving disputes

Most problems can be sorted out quickly by email. Before either of us starts an arbitration or a court case, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 60 days. To start, email projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com with your name, your HAWKEYE username, what the problem is, and what you'd like us to do. If we have a dispute with you, we'll contact you through your account or at the contact details we have. The 60 days start when the other side receives the notice, and any deadline for bringing the claim is paused during them.

Arbitration

If a dispute isn't resolved within those 60 days, you and we agree to settle it by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, except as described below. This covers any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to HAWKEYE, these terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Refund Policy.

  • The American Arbitration Association (AAA) runs the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. One arbitrator decides.
  • Fees are paid as those rules say, and the rules limit what a consumer pays.
  • Unless you and we agree otherwise, the arbitration is held by video, phone, or written submissions. If an in-person hearing is needed, it's held in the county where you live.
  • The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, but only to the person bringing the claim and only as far as that person's claim needs.
  • Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, in the county where you live or in the State of North Carolina, United States, as long as it qualifies and stays an individual small claims case.
  • Either of us may ask a court to stop someone from infringing or misusing intellectual property, such as copying or cracking HAWKEYE.

Class action and jury trial waiver

You and we each agree to bring claims against the other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator can't combine more than one person's claims or oversee any class or representative proceeding. By agreeing to arbitration, you and we each give up the right to a jury trial, and if a dispute goes to court instead, you and we each give up any right to a jury trial where the law allows it.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, or part of a claim, the arbitration agreement doesn't apply to that claim or that part, and it goes to court as described under Governing law. If any other part of the arbitration sections is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place whose law doesn't let consumers agree in advance to arbitration or to give up class actions, the arbitration sections and this waiver don't apply to you.

Opting out of arbitration

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing projecthawkeye.cc@gmail.com within 30 days of the day you first accept terms that include it. Include your name, your HAWKEYE username, and a clear statement that you're opting out of arbitration. Opting out doesn't change anything else in these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, HAWKEYE will ask you to review and accept the new version before you keep using it. A change to the dispute sections doesn't apply to a dispute that either of us had already given notice of before the change.

Everything else

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies, except as the class action and jury trial waiver says. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the official rules of any giveaway you enter are the whole agreement between you and us about HAWKEYE. Not enforcing a right right away doesn't mean we give it up. You can't transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else; we may transfer ours, for example if HAWKEYE is sold.
